No realizamos envíos a Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Azores y Madeira, Agrigento, Cagliari, Caltanissetta, Catania, Enna, Medio Campidano, Mesina, Nuoro, Oristán, Palermo, Ragusa, Sassari, Siracusa o Trapani.

En periodos vacacionales (Agosto, Semana Santa, Navidades, etc...) o de rebajas consultar previamente por correo electrónico la fecha aproximada del envío.

Los pedidos a CANARIAS o países distintos a la UE, pueden conllevar GASTOS DE ADUANA, DUA u otro tipo de impuestos no incluidos en la web y SIEMPRE A CARGO DEL COMPRADOR, que se deberán abonar al recibir el pedido. La devolución de dichos paquetes tiene un coste que acepta el cliente en el momento de hacer la compra a través de nuestra web.

¿CUANDO ME LLEGARÁ MI PEDIDO?

El envío a ESPAÑA y PORTUGAL se entrega en 48-72 horas en más de un 99% de los envíos. El envío a BALEARES se entrega en 4 a 5 días laborables. El envío a CANARIAS se entrega en 5 a 7 días laborables.

El envío a ZONA 1 se entrega en  4 a 5 días laborables. El envío a ZONA 2 y ZONA 3 se entrega en 5 a 6 días laborables. El envío a ZONA 4 se entrega en 6 a 7 días laborables. El envío a ZONA 5 se entrega en 7 a 10 días laborables.

En periodos de rebajas y campañas promocionales el tiempo de entrega de envíos a Península podría demorarse hasta 3 días laborales. 

Los envíos a CANARIAS el plazo de entrega variará según embarque, siendo el tiempo aproximado de 5-7 días.

Si realiza un pedido con envío Internacional, el plazo de entrega dependerá de la compañía Correos de España, pudiendo llegar a 60 días dependiendo del país de destino. Consulte en la web de Correos (https://www.correos.es) los plazos de entrega para "Carta Certificada internacional".

Orders to the CANARY ISLANDS or countries outside the EU may incur CUSTOMS, DUA or other taxes not included on the website and ALWAYS AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE, which must be paid upon receipt of the order. The return of these packages has a cost that the customer accepts at the time of making the purchase through our website.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipments to SPAIN and PORTUGAL are delivered in 48-72 hours in more than 99% of shipments. Shipments to the BALEARIC ISLANDS are delivered in 4 to 5 working days. Shipment to CANARY ISLANDS is delivered in 5 to 6 working days.
